A global advertising and marketing professional, Sajjan is into all things digital and follows current affairs and writes about management and leadership.
Sajjan is currently pursuing Ph.D in Marketing. His research interests include Online Marketing/Advertising and Mobile usage.
He has conducted research in Leadership/ Leadership Styles, Organizational Management and Firm Level Innovation.
Sajjan has developed organizational trust models with focus on multicultural/multinational firms.
Prior to heading back to home to India in 2009 he spent over 11 years in the US. There he received an MBA and a Master's Certification in Leadership from Jack Welch College of Business, USA and a MS in EE @ UB, USA.
